Songwriter Session: Caylee Hammack
In 2020, Caylee Hammack released her debut album, If It Wasn’t for You. She wrote all thirteen of the album’s songs. Hammack released her latest song, “Breaking Dishes,” in August 2024 and has new music coming in 2025. She is a member of CMT’s 2020 Next Women of Country class, is a two-time Academy of Country Music New Female Artist of the Year nominee, and won the ACM Musical Event of the Year award for a collaboration with Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris, and Tenille Townes, a cover of Elvin Bishop’s “Fooled Around and Fell in Love.” Ford Theater.
