Jason Wilber is best known as John Prine’s lead guitarist and musical director of twenty-four years. He has performed at iconic venues and festivals including Bonnaroo, Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry, the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Radio City Music Hall, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, as well as on television shows including Austin City Limits, Conan, Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Wilber also served as musical director and lead guitarist for You Got Gold, an annual series of Prine tribute concerts that took place in Nashville from 2022 through 2025. Ford Theater.
