Vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter Shawn Lane is a three-time Grammy nominee and a six-time International Bluegrass Music Association award winner with Blue Highway. He wrote the Blue Highway hits “Sycamore Hollow,” “Tears Fell on Missouri,” and “The Game” and has earned two #1 songs on the Bluegrass Today airplay chart as a solo artist: “I Met the Man” and “One More.” Lane has often performed with the Earls of Leicester, headlined shows as Shawn Lane & Family, is one-half of the duo Shawn Lane & Richard Bennett, and tours as the ensemble Shawn Lane & Sons. He has also toured or recorded with Kenny Chesney, Jerry Douglas, Alison Krauss, Doyle Lawson, Willie Nelson, Ricky Skaggs, Larry Sparks, Dan Tyminski, and Lee Ann Womack.
