Your tickets will be emailed directly to you, separately from the confirmation email. Tickets will be in a PDF attachment titled “Your E-Tickets”.
Will-Call: Tickets can be picked up inside the Museum’s Jerry & Ernie Williams Grand Lobby located at 224 Rep. John Lewis Way South. The box office is to your left upon entry.

The CMA Theater box office is located in the Museum’s Jerry & Ernie Williams Grand Lobby located on Rep. John Lewis Way South. The box office will open approximately 2 hours before show time, and remain open until 30 minutes after the show has begun.
Please call 615-760-6556 and a reservations specialist will be happy to assist you with booking accessible seats, reserving assisted listening devices, or answering any other questions you may have.
Most events allow photography without flash. Videography is never allowed during a performance. Photography restrictions may vary depending on the event.
No weapons are allowed.
All service animals are permitted.

Mobility Accommodations
The 224 Rep. John Lewis Way South entrance access ramp is located to the side of the doors. Inside, the Museum is equipped with elevator service at all levels, including elevators to all floors of the CMA Theater. Ramps and automated door entrances are in place for wheelchair accessibility.
Accessible Seating
Please reserve designated accessible seating, which is available for every show. If this is no longer available for your desired event, please contact our CMA Theater main line at 615-760-6556.
Accessible Restrooms
Wheelchair-accessible and Family restrooms are available in the CMA Theater. Accessible water fountains are on the fourth floor of the CMA Theater.
