Community Counts

Arrival information effective September 10, 2020
In order to provide and maintain social distancing guidelines, Museum tickets have transitioned from General Admission to Timed Entry and we have reduced our daily capacity.. Upon arrival at the Museum, Community Counts guests should proceed to the Information Desk to receive a timed ticket. E-tickets are not available for Community Counts guests at this time. If the Museum is at capacity upon your arrival, you will be given a ticket for a later time. You will not be allowed to enter the Museum galleries until your ticket time. If a wait is necessary, you are welcome to explore our Museum Retail Stores and Conservatory space.
The health and safety of our staff and guests are our highest priority. We have taken measures and instituted new policies related to the control of COVID-19. We ask that you follow all instructions provided by staff and on-site signs.
- Masks are required for all visitors except those under the age of 2.
- Our staff will be conducting temperature checks as guests enter the Museum.
- Visitors are asked to maintain a distance of six feet from other parties.
Additional information on our Covid-19 policies and procedures can be found here.
