Duplication Requests
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum offers duplication services for research or licensing purposes only. We do not duplicate collection materials for personal use for fans and/or collectors. A Research-License Inquiry Form for duplication of collection materials must be completed and returned before any work is approved. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum reserves the right to refuse duplication services to anyone at any time.
Licensing Requests
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum licenses collection materials when it is the copyright holder. For materials not owned by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, a usage fee is applied. In these instances, it is the requesting entity’s responsibility to determine the copyright holder. If needed, assistance can be provided in determining the copyright holder.
Prior to any production-quality content being delivered, all executed license or use agreements must be in-hand, and all associated fees must be paid.
Duplication and Licensing Requests should be submitted via our online form.
