Film Screening and Panel Discussion: The Endless Road
The Endless Road tells the story of guitar ace Tommy Emmanuel, whose journey began with his family band in Australia and led to stages all over the world. The documentary follows Emmanuel’s family struggles and battle with addiction while growing his career. Additionally, it highlights Emmanuel’s relationship with guitar virtuoso and Country Music Hall of Fame member Chet Atkins, who bestowed upon Emmanuel the honor of Certified Guitar Player. Following the screening, Emmanuel, director Jeremy Dylan, and producer Brian Penix will join the Museum’s Jon Freeman in a conversation about the making of the documentary. Ford Theater.
