Flatt & Scruggs were one of the most popular bluegrass bands of all time. Along with Bill Monroe, they helped shape and define this musical style. Best of the Flatt & Scruggs TV Show is a ten-volume DVD set produced by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum that draws on the band’s television performances from the 1950s and 60s. In these episodes, Lester Flatt (guitar) and Earl Scruggs (banjo), along with Foggy Mountain Boys Paul Warren (fiddle), Josh Graves (Dobro), Curly Seckler (mandolin), and Jake Tullock (bass) perform comedy skits and some of their most famous songs, including “Don’t Let Your Deal Go Down” and “Just Ain’t.” Shawn Camp and Jerry Douglas of the Earls of Leicester will introduce the film.

The film is screened in the Museum's Ford Theater and has a running time of 60 minutes.

Admission is included with Museum ticket or Museum membership. Seating is limited.
