Bluegrass and Beyond: Carson Peters & Iron Mountain

Carson Peters, Henry Burgess, Jake Goforth, James McDowell, and Taylor Parks are the bluegrass group Carson Peters & Iron Mountain. The band has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry numerous times, and later this year they will open shows on Braxton Keith’s Real Damn Deal Tour. They released their latest record, Hold on Heart, in March. Presented as part of the Museum’s annual Bluegrass and Beyond celebration, supported by Rick and Kit Crump in honor of George A. and Marjorie S. Crump. Ford Theater. Included with Museum admission. Free to Museum members. Program is first come, first served.
