Biography


Country performer. Born October 10, 1958. Full name: Tanya Denise Tucker. Became a star at age 13 with the 1972 hit “Delta Dawn.” By the age of 36 she had achieved over fifty chart singles. The Country Music Association (CMA) Female Vocalist of the Year, 1991.
