Country performer and songwriter. Born April 29, 1930. Died February 5, 1978. Real name: D. Armona Alexander Noack Jr. His songwriting credits include “These Hands,” (recorded by Hank Snow), and “No Blues Is Good News,” (recorded by George Jones). Recorded for a series of labels, including D Records. Also recorded as a rockabilly artist under the pseudonym Tommy Wood.
