Biography


Born December 10, 1930. Real name: Clarence Vernon “C. V.” Foley. Brother of country star Red Foley. Worked with John Lair, Red Foley, and the Duke of Paducah to develop the Renfro Valley Barn Dance after it moved from Cincinnati to Renfro Valley, Kentucky in the late 1930s.
