Country performer. Born March 27, 1912. Died September 12, 2002. Career active 1930s-1950s. Real name: Homer C. Callahan. With brother, Walter “Joe” Callahan, formed the harmony duo the Callahan Brothers. The duo was known for their blues influence, expert yodeling, and comedy. Recorded for Decca during the 1940s and Columbia during the early 1950s.
