Renowned music scholar and discographer Tony Russell will discuss his book, Rural Rhythm: The Story of Old-Time Country Music in 78 Records. Russell will explain how he came to write the book and recount the stories behind some of the most iconic country records of the 1920s and ’30s. The Museum’s Patrick Huber will moderate. Ford Theater. Included with Museum admission. Program ticket required. Free to Museum members.
