Biography


Radio executive. Born May 1, 1910. Died January 30, 1994. Full name: Ottis Edward Devine. Started with WSM Nashville as an announcer in 1935. Appointed manager of the Grand Ole Opry in 1959. Retired from WSM in 1968.
