Country music performer. Born April 27, 1909. Died October 28, 1979. Singer-songwriter. Career most active late 1940s-1950s. Recorded for Capitol, Decca and Mercury. His original songs include “Doin’ My Time,” “Will You Be Satisfied That Way,” and “Let’s Say Goodbye Like We Said Hello.”
