Apr 23, 202002:00 PM - 02:30 PM

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

This session of Words & Music at Home features singer and songwriter Walker Hayes, whose style takes hints from hip-hop, both in rhythm and in vocal inflection. Hayes hit the Top 10 in 2018 with the single “You Broke Up with Me,” and in 2019, issued the EP 8Tracks, Vol. 3: Black Sheep, featuring the singles “Black Sheep” and “Don’t Let Her.” He was affiliated with Capitol Records before moving to the revived Monument label, and has toured with Kelsea Ballerini, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, and Thomas Rhett.
