Apr 30, 202002:00 PM - 02:30 PM

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

This session of Words & Music at Home features singer-songwriter Carly Pearce, whose hits “Every Little Thing” and “Hide the Wine” helped earn her nominations for the Country Music Association’s New Artist of the Year and the Academy of Country Music’s New Female Vocalist of the Year awards in 2019. With roots in bluegrass and classic country, Pearce forged a contemporary sound alongside her producer, the late busbee. She wrote her latest single, a duet with Lee Brice called “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” and recently released her self-titled second album on Big Machine Records. A frequent performer on the Grand Ole Opry, Pearce has toured with Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts, and Blake Shelton
