Police officer turned singer-songwriter Frank Ray wrote all the songs on his 2017 debut EP, Different Kind of Country. His songs “Drive” and “Just for a Minute” were regional hits in Texas. In 2018, Ray released the song “Tequila Mockingbird,” produced by Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member Steve Dorff, and appeared on USA Network’s television show Real Country. He has opened for Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Brett Eldredge, Eli Young Band, Josh Turner, and Keith Urban. Presented by SunTrust. Ford Theater. Included with museum admission.
