Family Program: Beginner Ukulele Workshop

Participants will learn and practice ukulele basics through the music of Kacey Musgraves. Multi-instrumentalist and educator Kayley Nell Walker, who has performed on NBC’s Today show, leads this introductory class. Ukuleles provided or bring your own. Presented in support of the exhibit Kacey Musgraves: All of the Colors, on view until May 31, 2022. Recommended for ages 7 and up, but all are welcome. Taylor Swift Education Center. Limited seating. Included with museum admission. Free to museum members. Youth from Davidson County and counties that surround Davidson may enter the museum free as part of the Museum’s Community Counts initiative.
