Family Program: Perk Up Your Pictures: Veterans Day Style

What kind of story can a photograph tell? Let’s take a look at photographs taken by Johnny Cash during his military service in Europe from 1951 to 1954 and discuss the scenes in the images. Learn photography tricks before taking your own photo in the galleries. Print it with us to create your own replica album page inspired by Cash’s scrapbook from his deployment, on view in the Sing Me Back Home exhibit. How will you tell your story about your day at the museum? 5 and up. Veterans Day at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is presented by Zaxby’s. Taylor Swift Education Center. Included with museum admission. Free to museum members. ​
