The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum has in its holdings numerous cataloged images related to the history of country and American folk music. The dates of these images range from the 1920s to the present.
Due to our continuing responsibility to keep the photo collection in top archival condition we regret that we cannot handle every photo request. Requests should be submitted four to six weeks in advance in order to allow staff the time to schedule appropriately, allow more time for large or abnormal requests. Although it remains our effort to serve the general public with photos in our collection, we reserve the right to deny requests. Denial is based entirely on staffing and time; we will not show preference to profit or non-profit requests.
When reproductions are requested for publication, broadcast or Internet purposes, permission from the photographer or copyright holder is required in addition to permission from the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. Most copies are provided as 300 dpi Tiff or Jpeg files. Other type files or sizes are available upon request.
Inquiries related to photographs should be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
