SUZANNE TOLBERT

Suzanne Tolbert is the Director of Museum Sales and Guest Relations at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum, where she oversees museum, Historic RCA Studio B, and Hatch Show Print ticket sales as well as the organization’s Guest Relations team. Additionally, she oversees the daily operations of Historic RCA Studio B and since the museum opened its expansion in early 2014, has also spearheaded the contracting, sales and service for public events in the CMA Theater.

For more than 20 years, Suzanne has utilized her passion for travel and hospitality to help drive tourism to Nashville. Her professional experience includes stints with some of Nashville’s most respected tourism-related organizations, including Gaylord Entertainment, and the Nashville Convention and Visitor’s Center (CVC).

Prior to joining the museum in 2005, Suzanne served as the Senior Tourism Sales Manager for the CVC for five years. She promoted the city to international and domestic markets, as well as built strong ties with local hospitality partners to create vacation packages and position Nashville as a top travel destination. Suzanne began her career at the Gaylord Entertainment where she held various sales positions which promoted the hotel and its many attractions.

Suzanne is a native Texan. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she played on the varsity girl’s golf team and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. She is a Certified Tourism Marketing Professional and a graduate of Belmont University’s Mini MBA program.


BRAD HENTON

As Senior Museum Sales Manager, Brad Henton, focuses on the international, domestic, and corporate travel markets for both group and individual travelers. Following a dream to play college baseball, Brad earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama. Upon graduation, Brad returned home to Nashville, Tenn. where he began his career with the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Brad recently earned his Certified Travel Industry Specialist (CTIS) designation through Indiana University and the American Bus Association (ABA). He currently sits on the American Bus Association’s board of directors and will serve at ABA’s marketplace chairman in January 2017 in Cleveland, Ohio.


DANA ROMANELLO
Museum Sales Manager

As the Museum Sales Manager for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Dana Romanello is focused on student visitors. Growing up in rural Southern Ohio, the years spent as a competitive dancer, show choir member, and later being a student athlete in college give her an unequivocal perception of student travel. While earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Minor in Music from Marshall University, she completed an internship at Universal Music Group, which led to making Nashville her permanent home. After a stint at Skaggs Family Records, Dana had a lengthy career in syndicated radio where she assisted in re-branding American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks, hosted a web series, and successfully helped develop and launch CMT Radio Live with Cody Alan. In June of 2014, a career in the student travel industry was a welcomed milestone and she is thankful for the daily inspiration stemming from the museum, Historic RCA Studio B, Hatch Show Print and the museum’s one-of-a-kind programs. Outside of her role as museum sales manager, Dana enjoys musical theatre, and supporting organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Music&Memory and the International Bluegrass Music Association. ​


LISA WILKERSON
Museum Sales Coordinator

Museum Sales Coordinator, Lisa Wilkerson, has been in love with country music since birth. Growing up in rural Central Virginia, she too was “rocking in the cradle to the crying of a steel guitar,” as Alan Jackson sings on his classic “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow.” An avid history lover and protector of cultural heritage, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Mary Washington with a B.A. in Historic Preservation. Internships at George Washington’s Mount Vernon and Kenmore Plantation led to post-college employment as a Restoration Assistant at an architectural conservation company. While working on a historic property in the Northern Neck of Virginia, she began working part-time at WNNT-FM, a small-market country station, in Warsaw, VA. In less than three months, she resigned her position as a Restoration Assistant and started hosting the station’s morning show. Three years later, she moved to Nashville to blend her two passions: country music and history. Knowing there was only one place on the planet that equally respected both of her interests, she pursued employment at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Lisa has been living her dream since 2012, sharing her passion for music and history with guests from around the world.


MAGGIE MORGAN
Museum Sales Coordinator

​Museum Sales Coordinator, Maggie Morgan, hails from the small Midwestern town of Petersburg, IL, a historic town surveyed by President Abraham Lincoln. She has always had a love for all things art, history and music related. She started working in customer service for a successful outdoor theater in her hometown that features local plays and musicals in the summer months. You could often see Maggie in various productions at the theater as well. After high school, Maggie moved to Nashville to attend college at Belmont University where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Design Communications. While at Belmont, Maggie took voice, piano and mandolin lessons to cultivate her passion for music. After College, Maggie accepted a position at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum where she could combine her customer service skills with her love of history and music. A five-year veteran at the museum, Maggie loves to meet guests from all over the world and share her knowledge of Music City as well as the rich history of the museum.


ASHLEY MILLER
Museum Sales Assistant

Ashley Miller was born and raised in Nashville, Tenn. As a child she was surrounded by the sounds of classic country and rock music. After high school Ashley’s love and appreciation of all genres of music lead her to Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Music Business with a minor in Public Relations. While in college she began volunteering at CMA’s annual Music Fest which led her to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where she became a volunteer in 2009. In 2011, Ashley joined the museum’s Guest Relations Department and in 2014 was promoted to Museum Sales Assistant. Since joining the team, Ashley has worked to improve department efficiency helping establish processes and procedures for the group sales team.
