HOURS OF OPERATION
The museum is open daily from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
Your museum ticket is valid for the entire day, and you will tour the museum at your own pace. We recommend you set aside approximately two hours to visit the museum completely, and one additional hour if you are able to join us on the guided tour of Historic RCA Studio B.
ADMISSION
Packages are available for purchase online in advance of your visit. Tickets and packages are also available for purchase at anytime on site at the museum.
Ticket Pick-Up
Tickets purchased online will not be mailed in advance. They will be held at the Museum's Information Desk, located inside the main entrance. Please present your confirmation letter, along with your ID, to the Information Desk associate upon your arrival.

Online Ticket Purchase Tips
- Membership discounts do not apply to ticket package purchases.
- Have your payment ready prior to reserving tickets. You will be prompted to pay for tickets immediately. Otherwise, tickets will be released for others to purchase.

Please remember our special requests as you begin your tour:
- No food or drink is allowed inside the museum galleries.
- No flash photography or video. Please feel free to ask a member of our staff if you need assistance turning off your flash.
Our Guest Services area is located just to the right of our Admissions Box Office, and is a welcoming and secure place to check a bag, a coat, or any other belongings you do not wish to carry with you on the tour. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our Guest Services Desk for any special requests or accessibility concerns.
