The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum will more than double in size, expanding our Museum galleries and archive areas to accommodate our growing collection of over 2 million artifacts. The expanded building will feature our beautiful 10,000-square-foot Event Hall, offering a definitive, sweeping view of the downtown Nashville skyline. The outdoor Carlton Terrace will accent the Hall, allowing the visitor to feel a part of Music City itself.
Our new 800-seat, state-of-the-art CMA Theater will provide the most intimate and unique listening experience in town. This space will also be a perfect location for general sessions and conference presentations.
This highly anticipated expansion will enhance current spaces that include the 11,000-square foot Curb Conservatory, the sanctuary of our Hall of Fame Rotunda, and our intimate 213-seat Ford Theater.

The Carlton Terrace
