Please note that, in preparation for our move, we are in the process of building a robust inventory of incredible items to add to our shop and online store, and we have temporarily suspended taking on custom designed work for personal events, such as wedding invitations and birthday celebration posters. As soon as we resume this type of design work, we will announce it; if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at the shop, 615-256-2805.
We do not take online (including email) orders for custom posters. To place an order, please fax or mail the text for your poster, along with the quantity of posters, number of colors on each poster, and your contact information. We do all the design and layout in the shop using antique wood and metal typefaces and imagery from the Hatch archive. For artwork (such as a photograph or logo) on the poster that we don't already have in the shop, you have to provide a black-and-white, high-resolution, physical copy of that image so we can get a photoplate made. Using outside artwork will incur an additional fee.
