Exhibits

This special exhibit explored the many contrasts in the oceanic depths and universal resonance of the Texas musical legacy.

The exhibit included costumes, instruments, and artifacts representing artists such as Bob Wills, Junior Brown, Cindy Walker, Townes Van Zandt, Roy Orbison, Flaco Jimenez, Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown and the Dixie Chicks, among others, as well as historic clips from the famously eclectic PBS television program Austin City Limits.
