Spring Break Creative Zone: Design Your Award

Thursday, March 23, 2017 - 10:00am

Drop in anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The country music industry has numerous awards that recognize outstanding work and contributions. Drawing inspiration from the trophies and certificates on view in the museum, create your own award using art materials, found objects, and imagination. What award would you like to win? Will it be inspired by the gramophone Grammy award, the CMT belt buckle, or another award that you aspire to achieve?

This activity takes place in the Museum's Taylor Swift Education Center and is designed for guests of all ages.

Admission is included with Museum ticket* or Museum membership.

* Tennessee children ages 18 and under from Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties receive free museum admission as part of Community Counts: Museum Admission Program for Locals.
