Jon Pardi wrote his singles “Head Over Boots,” “Heartache on the Dance Floor,” and “Up All Night,” and he penned many other songs on his albums Write You a Song and California Sunrise. The latter debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart and helped Pardi win New Male Vocalist of the Year honors at the 2017 ACM Awards. Pardi’s music reflects his influences, from West Coast honky-tonk as played by heroes Merle Haggard and Buck Owens, to more contemporary country by Dierks Bentley and Alan Jackson.
