Preschool Program: Song and Story Time: Horses and Roses

Saturday, September 16, 2017 - 10:00am

Little listeners hear a story and create art inspired by the artists, objects, and sounds featured in the museum’s galleries. This month’s program explores roses and horses, two themes that were important to the country artist Lynn Anderson. Come ready for fun!

This activity,  presented in support of the exhibit Lynn Anderson: Keep Me in Mind, takes place in the Museum's Taylor Swift Education Center and is designed for guests ages 3 to 5 and accompanying adults.

Admission is included with Museum ticket* or Museum membership.

* Tennessee children ages 18 and under from Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties receive free museum admission as part of Community Counts: Museum Admission Program for Locals. Up to two accompanying adults receive 25 percent off admission. Proof of residency required. For more information, please visit Community Counts or inquire at the Museum Box Office.
