The Monroe Mandolin Camp, co-founded in 2013 by mandolin virtuoso Mike Compton, furthers the legacy of Country Music Hall of Fame member Bill Monroe through instruction and inspiration for mandolinists and other musicians. Featuring some of the finest Monroe-style instructors in the world, the camp is a four-day event in which students study Monroe’s style, technique, and the culture that surrounds bluegrass music. This special program will feature performances from camp participants and instructors.
