Decorated leather guitar straps, boots, belts, and vests are familiar accessories among country artists as well as throughout country and western culture. Explore the history of leather work and learn how leather accessories are made with leather artists Glen Harness and Evans Martin. This hands-on workshop will share a variety of techniques through examples of hand decorated leather goods before helping you make a custom leather bracelet.
This activity takes place in the Museum's Taylor Swift Education Center and is designed for guests ages 5 and up.
